I'll post week two on sunday. Gives you a few days to plan what to do. I still owe you a PM about abs, but - I don't know how to say this, but for the past month, someone at work or realted to someone at work has died about every 4-6 days - it is crazy! One of the band directors I work with lost his mother yesterday, we lost a teacher last week and one before that and a student a week before that - it has been nuts. I really will get back to you though - I just have to be able to think straight!

oh my lord Gina! That's terrible I'd love to be able to start my challenge by being able to do the AB workout, but I'm going to do some exercise research on my own...do NOT even worry about sending me your workout; you obviously have enough on your plate!

None of these deaths are really touching me, other than that my friends and students are suffering, but I'm surrounded, you know? It has just been so strange! They actually had to close one of the schools 1/2 day because so many teachers were going to funerals! Like I said, I didn't know any of these people personally, so I don't feel too bad myself, but it is hard to watch so many others dealing with this.

Just makes me scattered.
