I cannot tell you HOW HAPPY I am Gina started this thread! Gina thank you! It has really gotten me motivated and I now have it in my head to get UP and just do it! I actually enjoyed my treadmill walk tonight and went 25 minutes instead of the stated 20 I was obligated to. I feel SO good when I'm finished. I just wanted you to know how much this has helped me. I would have never started if you hadn't of had the idea to get everyone involved.

I can't tell you how humble that makes me feel. I just typed a few sentances, you know? But I hear you - and I'm really thrilled that so many folks have jumped in. I believe it is just so important to really change your life during this WLS process. I know that there are folks who don't "need" to exercise to maintain or continue their weight loss, but I have to think that they are in the minority. But beyond that, it is just so good for you - helps avoid diabetes, heart disease, and so much more. Exercise is so GOOD for your body and mind and if I can get a couple folks doing more than they would have - again - I am just so pleased that I could give anyone a boost to take care of his or herself.

Unfortunatly I will not be able to carry out my obligation. My daughter has been ill for two days and I got on the gazzele yesterday and twisted my Knee. So, I will have to lay low for a couple of weeks. But I will try to do a little of something.

I just did 30 minutes on the tread mill. First time this week. I've been in so much pain. So far so good though.

Three days of 60 minutes on the elliptical - 650 calories a day and I'm up two pounds on the scale - but I know Aunt Flo is due tomorrow or so, so I'm not stressing. And I'm drinking over three liters of water a day - guess its just staying in my body for now...

I tell you what though - I could use a day off of work - I hate this time of month! John - you have no idea how good you have it.

Yeah, Like carrying babies and then giving birth to them. Which by the way I wouldn't trade for the world. I'm not saying that giving birth is any fun. But after their born its just wonderful to look down at them and see this little tiny person looking up at you. You know that they are going to love you no matter what. No matter what you look like they are yours and they are going to love you. Anyway I haven't done anything due to my daughter being ill. She has had high temps all week.
