Default Welcome home!

Glad to hear from you. Good that your honest with yourself and fighting off those addictions. I know there is a lot of getting your head in the game. I find myself staying ultra busy with my girls and house to ward off the grazing. I've replaced other things with my prayer journal time too. Try journaling (I know its a girly thing) but it can help you get through the day doing good things. Oh just come here and journal we've missed you.

Very wise words indeed......and that's why we call it a journey....goal weight is NOT the end by any means.

You are to be congratulated not only on the weight loss, but on the fact that you realized that you had a problem and took action to reverse the bad habits. Don't beat yourself up too bad about going on the wine for a while. At least you realized it in time. Good Job!

Panni is removing the pannus (the flap of skin) left on the tummy area, usually hanging over the pubis area, and sometimes as low as the thigh/knee area. When you have lost substancial weight, the skin is left behind, thus causing rashes, irritations etc, and it needs to get removed. Similar to that of a tummy tuck, but a little different.
