Default Hey Michelle!

I lived in Worcester for 15 yrs- went to Assumption, grew up in Upton. I didn't know anyone in Worcester was doing the surgery- but I moved to RI (for love!) 11 yrs ago. I would not have been ready for it- no way-11 or 12 yrs ago.
PS: My mom is a (retired) nurse, trained at Memorial about 100 yrs ago when they used- and re-used- glass syringes that they had to file sharp themselves! Mom is 76, so figure 50 to 55 yrs ago. How glad are we all that medicine has come sooooooo far!

I went to a Jesuit school too, Fairfield University in CT. Worcester is a pit but I grew up here so I'm used to it. lol OMG I would never have become a nurse if I had to do HALF of what they used to do WITHOUT GLOVES! (where's the puking icon when you need it. lol)
