I've avoided sides....either by PM or public. I do have some opinions, but felt that stating any of them would have just added fuel to a fire already out of control, and would have been of little value really. I have been a little surprised and disappointed at the way a lot of people have chosen to express themselves on this thread. I love everyone and learn from all. I hope everyone will be able to get back to the task at hand.......supporting each other.

I believe it makes people think twice about posting especially if your a newcomber and see that. I am not going to put anyone down for coming here to socialize because we all need that in our life but just don't forget about people who are really in need of support as well...

Bridge and Robin and my weeeee lil Dale were the best to me when I was going through pre-op then surgery. They were patient and understanding and answered all my silly and dumb questions. When I would log on in the middle of the night because I was 3 days out of surgery and swallowed a macaroni noodle by accident and thought I was going to die, they sat there and comforted me and probably laughed there butts off at me that I was so darn scared of a noodle..LOL But all in all I remember those great times when I could post something here and get a million responses within minutes!

So all in all I just ask that we keep the "important" issues in mind and just keep supporting each other!
And I am still here if you need me for support

I am a newby and am quite surprised how this whole thing got out of hand. If you look at how many posts and views this thread has got you will see exactly what Bridget and Robin were trying to express/say in the first place. It is amazing when people are fighting it draws so much attention but when someone really needs help no one really answers them. Just my own experience with asking questions and not getting much responces.

From this perspective, everything is equally forgivable, whether it’s our laziness, self-hatred, impatience, large thighs, or tendency to overeat.
