Default It's been awhile

I know I don't post much, but I do read all the good info everyone has to offer. Well, it has been almost seven months now and I have lost 82 pounds. I feel absoulty amazing. I go the the gym now. I have so much more energy. I have been really doing good with the whole eating thing now. Its really good to see how wonderful everyone has done. Just a litte update.

That is just great! I think the most important thing about weight loss is how you feel rather than how you look. I had my surgery June 20th by the way. So we are pretty close together. Though i have not joined a gym...and i have REALLy been slacking on my exercizing...i need to get in gear. I have just been so busy. But...no excuses. What were your stats? How much did you weigh before the surgery? You might have it in your sig but i didn't pay attention i guess. I try to keep mine updated. Keep up the good work.
