Has anyone gotten an ulcer after RNY surgery? And if so, what did it feel like?

I am having pain below my breast bone and it goes all the way to my back. My back actually hurts more then my front. I called the doctor and he thinks it might be an ulcer. They are calling me in a couple of meds to see if they help.

Just wanted to hear others peoples experiences.

I had one several years ago prior to my GB surgery and it felt as you have described - a burn that that went from the belly to my back. The back felt like it was on fire at times.
