Default 14 mo. labs...All good!
I just got my labs back and everything looks great!
It was supposed to be one year labs, but I lagged and had them done at 14 mo.
All vit. min. chem. lipids, everything...normal. just thought I'd share!

Congrats...that is awesome news. Perfect bill of health for you.

To this day, I struggle with B-1, iron, lutein, and beta carotene. I take so many supplements.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I think all the salmon and almonds and protein...has all paid off.
Dale, I used to be low in beta-carotene and vit-A so thats why I am so happy all is normal, but I take extra supplements too. I hope your body starts absorbing yours better!
