Default One year checkup

I went for my checkup today. He was pleased. I told him I had wanted to lose more. He said you are 5'2 and lost over 100 lbs you are doing good. He said if I really want to lose more I should up my excersise these last 6 months (honeymoon) and he said 'but I am not complaining'. He said 'Tammy (the nurse) thinks you look great...and so do I'. I also told him I wanted the skin gone and he said to not worry about it now, he said no one will see it at this point. I had him feel a bump I have between my rib cage-right where my bra lies-he said it was cartilage that seems to have calcified from scar tissue-but he said leave it alone-once you start cutting there it's painful. Anyway he was very positive about my weight loss. I was nervous he would be disappointed in me-haha Jeez when will I stop caring what others think!? I guess it's because I feel disappointed in myself.
