Zen...3 years ago I was resigned to being fat for the rest of my life. If I can do this, anyone can. Despite knowing how bad it was for me, I couldn't stop the spiral of eating. For whoever thinks they don't have the endurance to get through this long process, you can.

An 8! That's awesome! The other night at support group we had a clothing exchange. Everyone kept trying to make me take some 10s and 12s and I kept saying no, maybe some of the 14s... They wouldn't listen! So, I have some really cute goal clothes now! And your WOW is an inspiration that makes me believe, just a little, that it will be possible. Thanks so much Dyann!

Woot Dr Dylan! I cant even fathom a size 8... and i dont think ive EVER tucked in a shirt into jeans. What an amazing series of Wow moments.

Thanks for sharing and boosting ALL our days... i feel good just knowing that someone today, somewhere in the world is having a WOW moment from this surgery and feeling just as grateful as i am for having it. Maybe even several someones! Im glad that Wow moment was yours You deserve it. WTG.
