how much should that cost, should I have it done in the states or down south

I really think it depends on what you have done. I'm getting a tummy tuck - which tightens the muscles as well as removes skin. I think that it may be different for men. But my TT only it's around $5,000.00 total - if it were only for skin removal and no tightening of the muscles, I'm sure it would be less. Now, I watched an inner thigh lift . . . and decided against it - the recovery looked bad!
