Walking at Lake Murray
Karen and I are going to do our darndest to get together on Saturday, early in the morning, around 8am and walk at Lake Murray. Are any of you interested in joing us? It would be cool to make this a regular thing..... Drop a line if your interested!

Yes...come one, come all!! We will meet in the parking lot by the beginning of the trail. Tracie and her crew might come along too!
Anyone is welcome...pre-op or post-op...male or female!!
My hubby is coming with our kids and he is taking them fishing while we walk off the pounds! So, if anyone else's family wants to go....bring them!

We are!!
Yes, Barbara...we plan on doing this every Saturday, as long as we can make it. We plan to do it again on this Saturday....hopefully more people will join us too!! I look forward to seeing you...we meet at the start of the walking path. We walked 3 miles last Saturday...we would've walked more except that my husband and kids were waiting for me and it was chilly.
Everyone is still invited to join us...we meet at 8am.

Where do you meet at at Lake murray. Do you come in from 70th street or the other street? Also, how far do you guys walk and how long does it take? let me know,

We come in from 70th, which turns into Lake Murray Dr. Turn left on Kiowa? where the Starbucks is on the corner. You drive right into the parking lot of the lake there.

Last week we walked 3 miles and we took about an hour. It was a good walk. I hope you can join us tomorrow!

BTW, there is a possiblity that one or more of us will be late.....as it happened last week. But don't fret...we usually all arrive by 15 minutes after 8.
