Default Another B-day gone another year to move on.

I can't believe how time flies. I always know that once it is my Birthday, that means Christmas is right around the corner.

I had a great dinner last night. I stuffed myself with food. I had way too many chips and salsa and was glad it took time for the food to come. I ordered a cheese enchilada, beef taco and rice and beans....A HUGE plate. Cheese enchiladas are my weakness. I ate a whole one How did I do that? I couldn't believe that I didn't throw up...I sure was on edge for about 20 minutes. Ya think I would get it now. Boy did I wish that I could eat my whole plate. I packed up the leftovers that look as if they will last a week..he he. When I came home, my parents followed me here and we had ANOTHER cake. My favorite prior to surgery. It is called Victorian Lace. The frosting tastes like cream cheese mixed with buttercream and the cake looks like lace. The inside is always so moist with Raspberry filling. I usually don't like Raspberry, but this one tastes different. Ok, so I eat a piece and dump..Duh, I ate cake at work and dumped and yet I tortured myself again. Oh well, once in awhile I do dumb things like that. I got so many cool presents. Pirates of the Carribean Dead Man's Chest DVD came out on video yesterday. I love pirates...so my kids ran to the store and got it. I also got the first season of Prison Break ( I know Marty...I know) and some really cool sea turtles. I collect them. One for the Christmas tree and one that hangs on the wall. Boy, did my day of grief at work turn into a wonderful evening. I felt good having my Mom and Dad here with us. It was an awesome evening. Between all of the fun and the wonderful posts here with my forum, I didn't know what I did to deserve the love. Thank you all. I count my blessings for you all and for my family.

Love and hugs

NO FRICKEN WAY...that was my favorite cake too. My hubby would go to Albertsons and get it for me all the time...at least once every couple of weeks...and we wonder why I was so fat!!
