Hey gang, has anyone heard from Tawanda? I have been missing her and her great personality in this forum. If anyone knows where she has taken off to, please fill us in. I am starting to get a little worried!

I'm still at it, albeit a little more slowly. Zen actually pm'd me last week, but it's taken me this long to find a few spare minutes to post. Sorry Zen!

The holiday was pure agony for me because I ended up doing all the cooking for my large family AFTER I had a four inch flood of water hit my basement five days prior. ARGH!!! Talk about every reason in the world to binge? I kept it fairly under control, but it looks like I gained three pounds.

I'm having troubles keeping motivated to go to the gym too. One full year of this has really whomped me! So I decided to be kind and gentle to myself and allow myself a month or so to re-charge and get back up to speed. I figure I need another full year of hard diet and exercise to get down to where I need to be, but you can all bet that after this little self retreat I'll be right back at it at the first of the year. I'm kinda mini-testing myself, too. I wanted to see how well I can control those urges during the holiday since I have done so much head work all year. We'll see if I fall into the fudge bowl or not...heheehehe.

I have missed you all terribly and I am so happy to see all the progress you have made! Wow! You girls rock!!!!

For those curious minds...the boy-toy is still around..sort of. It's pretty much a hit and miss deal. I'm not ecstatic about THAT, but for now, I really can't get too caught up in anything that sways me off course for a healthier me. Josh is definitely a speed bump. Waah...

I'll try to pop in a little more frequently so you all don't have to worry, okay?
