pre-op

is it ok to use fruit as long as they are liquified in smoothies during 2 week pre-op liquid diet?

I would think so....but am not really 100% sure.....On my 2 week liquid diet I did the Bariatric shakes...nothing else...well, I did cheat one day and had a fat sandwich and chips...but we won't go into that. lol!
