I can't help but think of t-shirts for this one...
OT But they put the implants under the chest muscle, so what is being felt is really you, right.
On Topic - I agree the "looking bigger" is about the areas around "the package" getting smaller, but also it feels bigger as you don't have all that interference limiting your range of motion.
That should make your day boys!

Not only benfit from increased range of motion, but without the padding, you can defintiely go sailing down the river.

Well I have to say I think the "package" does get alittle bigger, I have seen a difference in the before and after. And I am not complaining not one bit!!!!!!! LOL
