Default It moved!

I can't believe it, but I finally managed to drop ONE pound - after almost two weeks of flo/stall/salty food etc.

Now I had hoped for onederland by thanksgiving, but I should be there pretty soon afterwards. Certainly by Christmas!! First time in almost 15 years!

I started the new work-out thing that my gym offers. Doing the 21 day free trial anyway. It is called Activtrax and it makes a workout for you that is different everyday - all computer based. You type in what you did and it determines your next day regimine. Told me to do pushups today. I almost died. I had to do 6 sets! I was suppose to do 10-15 per set. I did, 7, 6, 5, 6, 5,4. The dumb computer even asked me if I was sure I wanted to put in a number lower than my "goal". Jerk. I mean it says right on there that I weigh 207 pounds - how the heck am I suppose to do 90 pushups?? I hope I can do at least 8 per set next time anyway...

So here's hoping...I told the program that goal #1 is weight loss, so we'll see what happens.

Thanks for listening!

I don't think I could do 2 push ups. Wow, you are really doing heavy duty training. Congrats on the scale moving and may it continue until you don't want it to anymore.

Default Don't be too impressed

I'm on my knees folks, can't even thing of doing it on my toes. And let us not forget that I have been working out for over a year, but I'm sorry - I still weigh WAY too much to do push ups. I can bench press about 65-70 pounds, but that is it. And I'm not going to get down to that weight!

Even on your knees, I'm impressed Gina!! I still wouldn't be able to do them. Heck, I can barely even get on my knees!! *L*

Glad to hear that scale started to move for you. Its still inching down for me too. I'm still hoping to celebrate Thanksgiving in one-derland. Only 2 more pounds but aunt flo is expected to arrive early next week so we shall see.

Keep workin' it girl!!
