Smile The NEW ME Is Back!

Hi all: I got home this morning. Everything went wonderful. I am very tired but doing great. Dr. said surgery went amazingly well. I wound up with only the 5 small holes. I am very tired as they put me next to the nurse's station and that kept me awake alot but other that that my pain is really minimal. I can eat 1/4 cup + 1/8 cup per meal and liquids are doing fine by me. Hope all is well with everyone and thanks for the moral support everyone. I am going to crawl back into bed and sleep like the dead now.

Great news! Get all the rest you need. I'm so happy to hear how well it went. It will be my turn Monday morning! When you are up to it, please share your experience. I would love to hear how you handled the jitters and all. Did it seem to go slow or fast? Any advice for me? In the meantime, rest up, get your fluids in and walk. You are a loser now!! Congratulations!!!!
