Default What do you mean?

I had heel spurs before surgery, but 80 pounds later, they are totally gone.

My feet were twice as big before surgery than they are now at 5 months out. It is AMAZING the difference. Was one of the first things I noticed getting smaller after surgery. I would sit and stare at them! LOL They never hurt now and I could barely walk on them before because of pain. I had bad bouts with gout too and no more since surgery! I even have pretty ankles again now! I have not seen my ankles in years......

I have arthritis in my feet. The pain used to be so bad I would hobble around after working all day. After my initial 40 pound loss, the pain subsided for the most part. Now, they rarely hurt. Sometimes after spin ( you know after putting a lot of pressure on them) I get some pain in one. I just use icyhot and all is well a few minutes later. All other joint pain is completely gone too (ankles, knees, hips and tail bone) I thought I was going to have to go in for some knee and ankle work a few months back, but you would never know I had any problems now.

Yeah! One more thing to look forward to! I haven't seen my ankles in years and it has been a long time since I could even just stand up out of bed without pain. I can't wait! Surgery is one month from tomorrow.
