Default I'm tired this week

I am having a week, well actually entering my second week of exhaustion!! I am having to push myself through every second of every work out. Do any of you go through these rutts? I normally enjoy working out, but lately, just want to catch up on sleep. Oh well, I keep pushing through it, but want to get back to getting ansy to get to that gym.

yep, I know those kinds of days, Melanie. It's usually my body telling me to back off just for a little while. If it goes on too long though, you should probably have your labs checked. JMHO

I even got into a program to redesign my whole work out - but I haven't started because I am so unmotivated. I know in my case - I need sleep. My trainer says it is fine to take a day or two off to refuel you head and body, so I'm doing that. I didn't work out today (I usually do 7 days a week) and might stay home tomorrow. My son is sick and I was up at 4 this morning.

Give yourself at least a day break and then switch up your program a little - do something different and see if that helps.

Good luck!
