Cigna.....not the enmy
I have posted the problems I had with the ARNP at my PCP office. She totally fouled up my 6 months of visits. And she would not help me after I brought her mistakes to her attention. I contacted Cigna to complain about her and the way she is conducting business. Cigna immediately got on the phone to her and surprise, surprise her response now is how may I help you. Cigna told her he she could help them. Corrected paperwork was faxed to Cigna on Friday the 3rd. Cleveland Clinic called me today and said Cigna just called with my approval. I cant believe Cigna did this for me.....maybe because I work for local county govt and there are alot of us with Cigna. Whatever the reason I am truely greatful to Cigna fot their help. I should be getting a date in the next day or 2.
