Thanks so much!
Thank you to each and everyone one of you! You're all a part of my family now and I appreciate the your well-wishes.
I spent the weekend at the Escondido Renaissance Faire and I'm about to fall asleep on the keyboard (qwerty's not so pretty on the forehead!). Anyway, no one at the Faire remembered my birthday. The in-laws remembered and dropped off a card and a present. My brother-in-law remembered and sent an e-card. My husband's ex-gf remembered and gave my husband something for me. However, my husband didn't remember/realize it was today until around 3:30 after so many people kept mentioning it. To his credit he called immediately, donned a hair shirt and I swear I could hear some flogging in the background.
We went to dinner and be assured, there will be atonement in his future!
