Talking The Scale Plateau Is Finally Done!!!

I HAD HIT THIS PLATEAU ON MY SALE ABOUT 31/2 WEEKS AGO, WHEN I STARTED WEIGHT TRAINING. I WAS ACTUALLY LOOSING, SINCE MY CLOTHES FIT ME BETTER, BUT NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I REMINDED MYSELF OF THIS, IT DID SOMETHING TO ME EMOTIONALY TO ONLY SEE THAT SCALE DROP ABOUT A POUND A WEEK. WELL IT DROPPED 5 LBS SINCE FRIDAY I AM DOING A HAPPY DANCE RIGHT NOW!!! IN JUST 3 MORE POUNDS I WILL BE JOINING ALL YOU CENTURY PEOPLE!!!

Dive right off that plateau...Yeah. I know how hard it is not to tie our emotions to the scale's movement, but it happens.

Way to go...we will see you at century any time now. Plateaus are awful and hard to work through them, but it does happen. I know I am not as patient as some strong people here...but I listen to them....don't change anything during a plateau....it will come off!
