Default Blood test results: High LDH and ALT

Hi Guys,

Has anyone ever had a high LD AKA LDH (Lactate dehydrogenase)? Mine is at 360 where the normal range is 100-250 U/L. I also have a high ALT which is 80 - normal range is 3-60 U/L.

This points to liver disease is what I was told. I don't drink at all. I do take workout supplements (SizeOn and NoXplode) to build muscles. I haven't taken that for one month because I needed to retest my blood incase it was those two supplements causing it.

I'm still taking Omega 3-6-9 (Flax, Fish, Borage Oils), Hyalouric Acid, MoveFree Joint, Vitamin C 500 mg 3x/day; Vitamin E 3x/day; MultiVitamin, L-Glutamine 3x/day;Iron 28mg; B-Complex 50mg 3x day; and Calicium Citrate 2x/day. So far the test results where the same from last month.

I was told I was working out too much and/or OD on one or a combination of the supplements. I had a test for Hep. and it was negative. I've read online that a high LD can be caused by strenous exercise. Anyone have a clue what supplement it could be?
