Angry Building Blocks Vitamins - BAD experience

I want to share this with everyone because I had a bad experience with the Building Blocks Vitamins company. They have the WORST customer service! I've been in the service industry for years and customer service is very important to me. That and common human courtesy. So I thought I'd share...
Anyway...I was billed for an order that I did not receive, so I called the number listed on their website. The main menu had two options: press "2" for supplements, or press "3" if you are a doctor. After pressing 2, a woman answered. I tried to say one sentence - "I placed an order that I have been charged for but never received, so I wanted to make sure it wasn't lost in the shipping process." But I never got that far. She interrupted me mid-sentence by saying, "Hold on," and transferred me back to the main menu. That was not cool. So I pressed 2 again, was put on hold, and then the line disconnected. I called back three times, and every time I was put on hold and then disconnected.
The 4th time I called, the same woman answered. I tried to explain to her that I had been disconnected several times and needed to speak to a person that could actually help me, she told me that there was "no way that you could have been disconnected, and that no one would have cut you off mid-sentence because that does not happen." I was already mildly frustrated, but that MADE ME MAD. She told me I was wrong several times - that is not cool.
Finally, I asked for a manager. I was put on hold for a while, and a woman named Sheena got on the line. And get this - I tried to explain the situation to her, and she interrupts me three times with an attitude! I was furious! I am a very easy person to deal with, I am NOT stupid, and I don't feel like it's asking too much to be treated with respect as a customer. If the manager acted like that, no wonder her employees were so rude!
Through all of that, I never was able to explain my situation to anyone so that it could be taken care of. As far as I know, I'm out $17 for nothing.
I will not do business with Building Block Vitamins again.
Just wanted to share, sorry for the rant! I hope no one else goes through a similar experience with them. I'm sure they would have thought twice about the way they treated me if they knew I'd be posting this on a gastric bypass forum for so many to read.

I love the new avatar, and I'm sorry you went thru that. If you charged the vitamins, you can dispute it with the credit card company. How infuriating to be treated like that. Thanks for the warning!

If you charged them yes, I would dispute it. If it was check could you stop payment ? I would also call the Better Business Bureau and fill them in . I know in PA where I live they have something on our local TV station . It's called " Call For Action" people that have problems with businesses call a number they advertise and they try to help. I'm sorry you are having trouble.
