Default Vitamins and supplements

So, I know we have talked about this many times before but I had to ask again. I am 8 months out and taking about 17 pills a day. What is everyone else taking? I want to find a vitamin that can replace a lot of these supplements that I am taking separately so I can get my pill count down. Any recommendations? Right now I am taking extra iron as it was low on my blood work last month.

I'm almost 8 months out, and I'm taking a multi-vitamin from wlsvitamins.com, and 1000 g. of calcium per day. I also give myself a B-12 shot every two weeks.

I too use wlsvitmins.com for my multi and B12
Gentle iron (walmart)
Liquid calcium with magnesium and vit D (tropical oasis)
Multi oil from GNC (Essential fatty acids)

The wls multi is specially formulated with extra thiamine and others that we need. Some use a regular OTC vitamin and do just fine. I didn't want to risk it and these are not expensive at all. I think it is $16 for a three month supply.

I take a liquid multi-vitamin and an iron pill at breakfast. Then two times throughout the day I have a calcium, either a tablet or chew. Then on occasion (once or twice a week) I do a sublingual B-12. That's it for me, and other than some low iron my bloodwork so far has been great, and I feel good.

Default My supplements

With breakfast:
B12 sublingual
Prenatal vitamin (which is where I get my iron)
Beta Carotene (Vit A)
Flaxseed Oil gel cap (supposed to help with constipation)
Fish Oil gel cap (my idea - need the omega-3s)

Between breakfast and lunch
- calcium citrate chew (500 mg)

Between lunch and dinner - calcium citrate chew (500 mg)

After dinner - calcium citrate chew (500 mg)

Before bed:
Regular multivitamin
Flaxseed Oil
Fish Oil
And my last two lab tests, at six months and nine months were perfect.
