Default Going to Vegas....Little Worried

Okay, the last time I was on a plane was a nightmare. On the way to my destination I was in 1st Class...the seatbelt fit NO PROBLEM...coming home 1st Class was sold out and I had to sit in Coach. To make matters worse, my hubby and I got spilt up...so I was sitting in the window seat with two strangers next to me. That awful moment came when the seatbelt wouldn't fit. I had finally gotten so big that I would have to ask for a seatbelt extender. I had never had to do that before. So, I had to flag down the attendent while she is rushing back and forth preparing for take off and ask for the extender in front of the two strangers. Needless to say, I cried the entire flight home with my face plastered against the window so I wouldn't have to look at anyone. These horrible flashbacks keep coming back now that my Sister has decided that flying would be better then driving to Vegas. So, I am freaking out that I will once again have to ask for the seatbelt extender. But, can't wait to be in Vegas for a girls only trip!

The last time I flew to vegas, the belt didn't fit on the way home. Fit on the way there, but not home. I kept a pillow in my lap to hide the fact that it didn't fit. I didn't know that you could get extenders at that time. I was miserable.

Awww Cindy I know exactly how you feel(BIG HUGS). Back in 2001 or 2002 I got that great SOUTHWEST airline treatment about the buying the extra seat policy I didn't find out about until it was time to board the plane. It is something that sticks with you but GIRLFRIEND I think you are going to shock your self. Your not going to need that seatbelt extender. You also have to look at it like this, you are on the losing side now making great changes for your health and your feature. So even if you need a seatbelt extender you HOLD your head high because you are a Stapler . Have lots of fun in Vegas for me too.

Default Not much of a flyer

I have only flown about 4 times. The last time hubby asked for an extender for me. I was so embarassed. Not only that I was feeling "air sick" the turbulance was a little "choppy " I have learned next time....try dramimine and will not need the extender.... I'm kind of looking forward to flying but....have no plans on doing it in the near future.... Good Luck and enjoy yourself.

The last time I flew I was a size 22 (few months ago) and I didn't have any problems with the seat belt fitting. I flew southwest and I swear they have the smallest seats of all airlines. I'm sure you will fit fine. Have fun in Vegas.
