Michelle has really educated me on this issue. What we need to do, and I have been doing it when I can (2 months of home remodeling has put it on the back burner, but I am ready to get back to it now that I'm done with the house) is use free weights to TONE. She has done and taught weight training, so she knows what she's talking about. Gentle but consistent toning lifting will get that skin to come back. Don't lift to bulk up. Don't lift to build muscle. I use 3/4/5 lb weights and the lift movements are easy. I had some pretty beefy arms, and from doing it per her instruction, my arms will not need to be de-skinned. The skin underneath is stretch marked, but more toning will make them even better. All in all my arms don't look too bad for a 95 lb weight loss.

I use the machines for toning, but I am not trying to bulk up. Is that pretty much the same. I think they are called Cybex. I am hoping my arms and legs are ok, cause I have no intention of changing them!

Chuck, document everything I can't even begin to stress the importance of documentation... here's a little info bridget gave me a longgggggg time ago. She said that if ya want to fake a rahs for the doctor to document to use prell shampoo. soooo since i don't seem to have those unsightly rashes when I visit the doctor maybe a home made one is on order

Denise, the answer to your question.... I would love a total body life, wouldn't that be amazing??? but I would settle with a tt and an inner thigh lift, man it is ugly I try not to look
