I got a 41, but I didn't like the question about what you do with your hands when you're talking to people. I'm italian - my hands are in constant motion and that wasn't an option. Made it hard to answer...

I thought I'd score higher - I am seen as a leader but maybe I'm not as obnoxious as I imagine? Who knows?
