Default 1 month out

Well guys here I am 1 month switched.I am feeling great! I have been eating well and tolerating most things. Because most of you guys are rny I will explain my vitiman plan and eating plan.
Breakfast
2 calcium
1 multi
1 vit A
1 vit D
1 zinc
1 fish-zole
Bacon eggs and spam
Lunch
2 calcium
1 vit K
1 zinc
turkey and cheese roll up and a chef salad with tons of full fat dressing
Dinner
2 calcium
1 zinc
meat and veg
Bedtime
1 iron
My main thing with eating is that I must get 100g of protien in a day.Now with my 50cc stomach i will tell you it is not easy. The reason that I need 100g is because I only absorb 60% of protien from my food so I actually need 60g but to get this I need to eat 100g.I can eat as much fat as I want because I only absorb 20% of fat.Carbs are still bad because I absorb 60% of complex carbs I am to keep my carbs under 100g per day.Sugar is the only thing I absorb fully is sugar so I am to stay away from sugar as much as possible.I am feeling great and just trying to get in as much protien as possible.

OH ya and btw I have lost 42 pounds this month!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love you guys

You're doing great so far! Can I ask how you came up with your vitamin regimen? Is it what your nut suggested, or did you sort of do your own research? Are you taking the fish-zole as a prevention thing, or have you been having, umm, issues? Did your doc give it to you, or did you seek it out yourself (I know some people have bought theirs online)?

Sorry for all the questions! (I'm heading to a DS myself, so I'm pretty familiar with what is expected.)

Default Great job

Kelly,
Good for you what a great job you are doing. I like to come over and check out the ds info because I had the sleeve and the second surgery is the ds if I need to have it in the future. Is your stomach sleeved with the ds? because I thought that ds's had the sleeved stomach with the ds. I read what you eat and I could never eat that much with my sleeve. Good job and keep it up. Lisa
