Smile Fruit

I love all the fruits...but some don't like me.
I have dumped on banana, pineapple & oranges. Now the only thing I dump on are Oranges...Damn, I sure love oranges!!
Pineapple has to be crushed and I still have to chew the hell out of it or else it will get stuck!
Banannas are doing better, but I can only eat 1/2 of the organic variety.
My favorite are grapes & Kiwi...

Dave, it's time to drop a "g". Sorry, you're just not that bigggggg anymore.

As far as fruit goes, my fave fruit, bananas, is just not for me anymore. I've tried the organic ones, and that helps, but they still make me dump. On the plus side, I have finally been able to eat yogurt again, so my main meals consist of a piece of fruit cut up with 1/2 container of yogurt, with low fat granola on top. Yum! Peaches work well with peach yogurt, etc, but it really doesn't matter what fruits with what yogurts--they're all heavenly. I tried cherries last night--so far so good....

I am only two weeks out and I drink Isopure shakes twice a day. I put banana, strawberries, blueberries or blackberries in the blender with my shake. I have also had watermelon and cantaloupe - just a couple tiny bites but have had no problems with them. I am so hoping that I will be able to eat all fruits in the future.

Indeed, for every 50 lbs he should have to lose a "g"!
