Default Protein Shake Recipes

Just wanted to share some recipes my dietician gave us for Portein Shakes.

I haven't tried them yet but they look like they taste yummy.

I will be trying them soon ......

Where does one find sf rootbeer syrup. I have been seeing tons of snowcone syrups and it made me crave a rootbeer snow cone but I have not seen SF rootbeer flavored.

I haven't looked too much, but just found this on line, they have all kinds of flavors.

I haven't tried this site or the syrup's so I have no idea how good they are.

Thanx for the link! I think this is the cheapest I've seen the SF Davinci Syrups for!

Is the daVinci something you could make a snow cone with or is it something you just use a little as flavoring added to something?

Robin,
Thanks for the link!

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it in snow cones, I think it depends on how strong they are, I personally haven't bought any of them yet, but I'm sure they're artifically sweetened.

You can buy Torani flavored syrup. It is used to flavor coffee (starbucks) but more commonly to make Italian Soda. I don't know where you are from but try an Italian Food store or Coffee Shop. They sell all kinds of flavors: watermelon, lemon, kiwi, pretty much any fruit!
