I really don't think that any of us would gordge at these places! I think the links provide very good information and assist us in making healthy choices on the rare occassions we find ourselves having to do so. For example, I order a grilled chicken sandwich from Burger King, minus mayo, and throw out the bun. A year ago I would have eaten a Whopper value meal!

My new choice has 150 calories, 4 grams fat, 1 gram carbs, 28 protein!!

Old choice has 1260 calories, 75 grams fat, 109 carbs, 38 protein!

We can still eat at these places with the proper choices.

Well, this was really helpful to me. It made me strengthen my resolve to not eat at these places (which kinda breaks my heart ) till I'm back at my ideal weight. By then I should be at a place where I can handle portions and food choices. I looked at all the things I thought sounded tasty and at least moderately healthy. The nutrition guide was the swift kick in the pants I needed to keep me strong.

So thanks, maybe for a different reason than some others, for getting me this link!
