Default Ice Cream Alternative

I know that there have been some discussions about ice cream and which ones are good and bad, and that the overall consensus is that our pouch will never like it. Well, I discovered a little something that makes the pouchie happy. Tasti DeLite! Its low-cal, fat free, sugar free and cholesterol free and it tastes delicious. My 26th birthday was this past weekend and my mom got a cake from their shop and it was all good. No foamy stomach or pains. It went down nice and stayed down nice. Just wanted to reccomend it to you all.

Lucky you, I think someday I will have to visit New York, just to try this place. Let me know how it works out for you!

Commack is the next town over to the west! Rob went and got me the banana small. I added some chopped macadamia nuts (gotta have protein ) It has been an hour and so far so good! No dumping, and it tasted really good too.

I had some last night for the second time. Their flavors of the day were Fluffernutter and German Chocolate Cake, I got the two swirled together and they were delicious! And the best part, no upset in the pouch!
