Kinda depends on what you've got at work
You don't say if you have anything like a refrigerator or a microwave available at work. You also didn't mention which stage you're in as far as food goes... some docs still have people on soft food at four weeks, some don't.
So, all I can tell you is what I'm eating now--for instance, low-fat cheese sticks make a good meal at work when you didn't have time to prepare anything.
If you do have a microwave available, my most frequent lunch is the Stouffer's baked chicken breast meals. It has gravy with the chicken, so it's not too dry for WLS folks, and it's easy and comparatively cheap.
I also always keep a box of the Atkins Morning Start Chocolate Chip Crisp Protein Bars (fill in the protein bar of your choice) in my desk to keep my protein levels up in mid-afternoon so I don't get home feeling weak and crappy.
