Default Arby's Chicken salad

Yesterday I went to Arbys and they have a chicken salad that comes on bread or in a tortilla. I asked for it plain and it was pretty good. It has chicken, celery, grapes, pecans and apples mixed with I'm guessing mayonnaise. It's sometimes hard to find stuff to eat at fast food places but I will definately get this again. Tina

It sounds yummy. I will have to check it out. I have to be really careful of mayo though. My pouch does not like the high fat it has.

Mmm that chicken salad sandwich is good. I had it when I was pre-op and I remember it being the best sandwich ever.

I'm not sure, it seems like it but I am sure the wrap cannot be eaten all at once. You'll probably end up with leftovers for another meal or two? I wouldn't know cause I haven't tried the chicken salad wrap post-op.

You can't go by the nutritional info unless you eat the wrap. I got it without the wrap just the stuff inside. I don't do tortillas last time I took one bite of a tortilla it sat in my pouch like a rock and I threw up for hours. Anyways the actual fat content in just the salad is not going to be that much and considering I only ate maybe 6-7 bites and had leftovers for two more meals I didn't worry about the mayo. You are probably only getting about maybe half a Tbl if that of mayo in those 6-7 bites. Tina
