Default Lean Cuisine Spa meals

In Canada, we have a new Lean Cuisine frozen dinners called "Spa". There are mega chicken ones, but I bought the shrimp with red peppers and whole wheat spagetti and the salmon one.

Right now, they are good for 2 meals each box. The shirmp one I just had and wow was it great. Its low sugar and fat and has high fibre and 16g of protein.

I would assume you can get them in the US, as you usually get them before us.

It will be a great thing to keep in the freezer for a quick good meal or to take to work with me on those rushed days.

Its well worth checking out....

We have them here too. I will have to try them. The Smart Ones low carb dinners are okay too, and high protein, low carb, fat and sugar. I think they are a little cheaper too, so if you don't like them, no love lost.

I'll have to check them out, Lisa. I've been using either the Lean Cusine Comfort foods entrees or the Smart Ones for my suppers when I'm at work. Home cooking is better but at least I'm not taking cottage cheese anymore.
