Default Turkey Jerky

I found some turkey jerky at wal-mart that is really good. Jack Link makes it. 80 cals .5 fat and 15g protein. It seems to break down better in my mouth than beef jerky and it doesn't sit so heavy in my pouch.

Thought I would pass it on!

When did you start eating jerky?? I loved it pre op and the thought of how hard it is scares me a little. I am eating chicken etc. just fine. Do you just chew it forever?? Is it a snack or a meal??

I started jerky a couple of weeks ago and did ok with it. It just sat heavy. The turkey jerky is better though. I eat it as a snack, usually in the mid afternoon. It helps boost my protein.
