Default Dehydrator

Okay I've decided I need to try my hand at making my own Jerky (turkey and chicken). Can anyone recommend a good Dehydrator ?

I haven't tried it, but I saw one at Walmart that does it more quickly than usual. It looked kinda cool. They had it back near the sports and camping stuff for some reason.

Default I used to have one

I could kick myself for selling mine at one of my pre soCal garage sales. It was an American Harvest, and it was pretty good. You want them to dry quickly but not use a lot of wattage. The Popeil ones are really lame I hear. If you find a good deal, let us know--I've been thinking of buying another one myself.

I'm hoping the recipe part will be easy. I turned up a good number in one search. Right now I just need to find a dehydrator that will do a good job. Don't want food poisoning.
