Default Cheese

What kind of Cheese is good to eat. I am trying to add something new into my diet and I was thinking about adding some cheese. Any ideas would be helpful.

i like string cheese and i had muenster cheese at a friends house - OMG its so good - try it at your local supermarket deli - see if you like it its mild not a strong tasting cheese and try other in the deli too so you know if you like it before you buy a lot - and only buy a few slices (maybe 3) as i find i get tired of the same stuff and i hate to throw it out...

I agree the string ( mozzarella ) is a great choice. I also will eat a slice of american with crackers for a lunch on the go. I have eaten a bit of colbyjack melted on tortilla chips smeared with Fat free refreid beans too.

For me, cheese has never been a problem.

Cheese glorious cheese. Aside from the ones mentioned, part skim ricotta with eggs and low fat cheddar makes one hell of a fritata. Grate Parmesean and make a small mound on a non stick cookie sheet bake at 350 for 9 min and you get lovely parmesean crisps.

thanks,
String cheese is my favorite. I also love reduced fat Sargento Mozzarella and Swiss. I don't taste a difference in it from regular. I use the sliced to make meat and cheese roll ups. I use one slice cheese and 3 slices of that pre packaged Healthy Choice deli meat, with a tad of mustard.... so YUMMY and filling, with 15-20 grams protein.

Default Hooked on Laughing Cow

I am sprung on Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges. They are unreal, and I have at least one a day. You can nibble on it and kind of suck on it in your mouth and it's like butter.
