Default Cottage cheese and geletin recipe....help!

Its been a long time since I heard of this recipe, but wondering if anyone has a recipe similar. A lady at weight watchers used to eat it all the time, and if I am correct, it was one of the WW recipes.

Blended cottage cheese
Plain Geletin (not sure how much)
Fruit Cocktail
Something sprinkled on top of mixture.

She blended the cottage cheese and geletin, then added the rest.

Can anyone help me out with a recipe similar to this - and or one similar.

I'm thinking this might be a good one for me in the puree/soft food stage.

Thanks

T-minus 6 days....

Default Cottage cheese and Jello salad

I don't like cottage cheese but I like this!

lg box lime SF jello
16 oz carton FF cottage cheese
15 oz can crushed pineapple in juice (no sugar added)
chopped walnuts (optional)

Drain pineapple and queeze dry, saving juice. Prepare jello as directed, using reserved pineapple juice as part of the cold water. Blend jello and cott cheese in blender for a few sec. Stir in pineapple and nuts, if using. Chill until firm. I bet you could add unflavored protein powder to this, too, if you wanted to.
