Default Orange Juice

I think I have read this before, but I have to post when I find something that I really enjoy. Tropicana makes an orange juice with 1/2 sugar. It goes down better than water. I only have about half a cup twice a day but I feel like I am enjoying a real cup of orange juice. It costs about the same as well.

That's funny you mentioned this. i just looked at my husband last night and asked "I wonder if there is a low sugar or low carb orange juice out there?"

Thanks!!!

I get light OJ and I drink it everyday. I have no problems with it and I love it! It takes me all day to drink it though. Sometimes I put a scoop of Nectar in it to get a little extra protein.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Oh man OJ was my weakness, besides cheese. I have asked everyone I know that had the operation and some said they could drink it others complained. I do not care if it taste like water if it fools my brain I am in!!!!!!

I can't drink it. Major upset pouch the one time I did. But, I can drink the half sugar apple juice. Makes me wonder what is it about the OJ that's making me sick.

I have yet to try some but I might have to go get me some 1/2 sugar OJ. I love it when it is real cold. I will have to try it at home make sure all systems are a go. How many calories per cup?

Default Holy crap!

I went to the store and they have like 48g of sugar in regular OJ. I bought a lite fruit juice with 2g of sugar. I was shocked at the sugar content in that stuff. Suzy
