Coffee drinks
Today I tried achiev one Vanilla Nut coffeee drink. It was one I picked up at Stringbeanz for about three and a half dollars. Pretty reasonable as that's what they charge for Starbucks. This tasted AWESOME!!!
Here's the low down Its fat free, and has no added sugar as is high in protein
0 Fat
3.5 grams og sugar (I dont where this comes from)
and get this 20 whoping grams of protein!!!!
(this stuff even has Biotin and tons of vitamins in it)
I swear it tastes great. They have other flavors to choose from as well. I recommend picking one up and trying it yourself! Actually I think it would make a great Christams gift ! Treat yourself, treat a friend, it's that good!
If you try it, let me know what you guys think! Remember I have 10% discount coupons for Stringbeanz!
Cheers! Salud! Salante!

No Sugar Added
That seems like an awful lot of sugar. Be careful of foods that claim that there is no sugar "added". It generally means there is a sugar content already and they don't add more.

coffee drink
i've had that drink, and it really is good. i really like it a lot. it's made for diabetcis so it really is low in sugar. woody, is right when they say no added sugar there could still be sugar, but they told me at that store this drink is made for the diabetic patient.s so it is very low in sugar.

Too much sugar
Having been an insulin dependent diabetic since I was 27 years old, I learned many years ago, that anything over 2 grams of sugar in anything is too much for me!!! NOW, even though I'm still on insulin, I'm insulin resistant, I STILL won't eat or drink anything that has over 2 grams, I KNOW what sugar or carbs of over 2 grams does to me.... even if it says it's "made for diabetics", these people who create this stuff need to be diabetic and FEEL their sugar soar from drinking this stuff, then learn what it's dong to their organs, THEN let them say it's made for diabetics...... HA! give me proof it's not going to hurt me physically, then I'll try it..... they can't!!
Sorry to burst any bubbles, but, I've heard it all.... No thanks, I don't try it even if it says, "No sugar added", it just means they didn't add EXTRA sugar, it still has sugar in it, whether it comes from refined sugar, or milk sugar, or whatever kind.... it's still there.....
I'd love to be able to drink some of that yummy stuff, cuz it really does sound good, but, I know what it would do to me, and other diabetics know it too, not just me... I'm not alone in this....
the operative word here is, H2O... LOL

Goes to show ya
I'm not very educated in the ways of diabetic eating, when I saw that it had only 3 grams of sugar I was elated! That seems like an ity bity amount to me... I enjoyed it, because once in awhile I like to have that caffeine buzz.. and its creamy and tastes sweet... sometimes I miss that when Im sucking down water and diet tea. I know, I know that caffeine is bad, it robs your body of water, but once in awile I need the treat and 3 grams isnt so bad for me... hell I use to suck down those Venti Caramel Frappucino's from Starbucks a couple times a week at least! So this stuff as an occasional treat for me I think is O-TAY!

You probably know this already since i have been out of the loop for a month, but the new Frappachino lights at Starbucks are made with splenda. It seems all those emails worked.
