Egg Salad, Deviled eggs?
Hi guys,
So most of you know I don't eat much and most foods make me really sick to my stomach so I have been basically eating SF popsicles and water for the last few weeks. I was wondering if Egg Salad No bread just egg salad would be an ok choice? Or even deviled eggs? I just use Eggs and Light Mayo like maybe a tsp and a squirt of mustard. Whathca all think?

Egg salad sits well with me, but the other will not! The egg whites seem to be very hard to digest. I usually make egg salad with miracle whip and I have it on 2 melba toasts, only 6 grams of carbs.

Thanks Laura. Well I will skip the deviled egg idea for now but going to try a little bit of egg salad and see how I do with it.

My first solid food was a scrambeles egg made with a little skim milk and with a little ketchup on it, I could only eat about half but it was heaven! Now I make a lot of quiches, I make one once a week. I could post the recipe if you like.

I have done a scrambled egg with a little bit of cheese, I ate about half the egg and did fine with it. But it is getting hard I don't want to eat the same things over and over as I did with the liquids and got sooo sick of them now I can't even stand to look at them.
Sure post the recipe. It can't hurt to try. I am always looking for new things to try and experiment with. So new in the gbs world is hard.

Oh and the Mayo may make you ill, even if its light. My advice dont eat it just before you have to be somewhere and definitely dont eat it on the road....

Ok that did not work....
So I tried..........I made it then smeared it on a whole wheat ritz cracker and it felt great until the end...YUCK...As soon as I swallowed the last bite I felt it...Too the bathroom I was running. Ok so I wont eat that again for awhile..It tasted great but I guess my pouch just can't eat that right now, so back the drawing board..SF popsicles..again..LOL
