Post South Beach Diet Wraps

I am always on the hunt for something different to eat(that is high in protein). I came across these South Beach Diet Wraps(mmmm). They come in Grilled Chicken Ceasar, Southwestern Chicken, Deli Ham & Turkey and Turkey & Bacon club.

I bought the Grilled Chicken Ceasar. I couldn't eat both at the same time but they went down well. But be careful with the sodium though. I tossed out the Jello, there is no way I could eat that too. Has anyone tried these?

24 grams of protein
230 Calories
1260 Sodium

I was going to try them, but saw the sodium...I don't do well with sodium...my right leg swells up so badly.

I have seen them in the deli department of Albertsons and also in the refrig. part of Target here in Escondido. They look very yummy.

I'm with you on that one. More than about 1 gram of sodium a day, and I can easily gain 7 lbs, all in the belly. Then it's misery for a few days. It can take about a year for your body to get over the stress of multiple surgeries.

It's definitely much healthier way to eat....limited sugar and salt. Hard to do because everything that comes in a box or can will have too much sugar, too much salt, or both. Sugar is used as a preservative too. Add to that, anything that's fat free usually ups the sugar content.

I used to eat the wraps pre surgery. They're really good.
