PS these wraps are great with a thin layer of light cream cheese mixed with salsa and a avacodo slices( you can use ham and cheese whatever you like!) rolled up and cut into one inch slices, Use any flavor tortilla you like...garlic and herb is my fav. green onion is good too. They also have whole wheat.....a great high protein(depending on filling), low carb dish to bring to any party!

This is making me hungry. LOL

I had them pre-op! Yummy....don't know if I am ready for all that meat yet...but I can't wait to try!

I am only a month out and I use whole wheat bread in the morning for toast and I find that low carb tortillas don't expand like reg ones.....I get the ones that are really thin, and flavored with stuff like green onion, roasted peppers or garlic and onion. Not the mission ones they are to doughy (sp)
