I workout every morning so I push plenty of fluids during the am(some days are better then others).
I bought mines from food for less. I think it was $3.50 each. Not bad. I am almost 4 months out on the 14th of this month. I think I would be scared if I could eat a whole one.
Jeanie let me know how you like them.

They looked good to me but then I thought to myself that why would I pay so much for something I could do better at home. I bought gourmet low carb tortillas 50 cal, 2 protein,1 fat,5 carbs. I can put the rest together my self. With the LF meat and LF or NF cheese, it less cal, fat, and carbs. I know I can't eat two so I just make one for lunch pack it up and I am good to go. Saves money and I know what is going in it!

I see what you are saying holly. I had actually was going to buy all the stuff to make my own warp but saw thoes and decided I would try them. The wraps are not prepared and if their is something in that box you don't want on your wrap it is tossable. Just to have something on the go. I work a lot of hours and making a wrap on my clock is not going to happen. That would be a hot item to bring for people to try on one of these many events planned this month.

Girl I understand that!! Sometimes there are not enough hours in the day.
PS these wraps are great with a thin layer of light cream cheese mixed with salsa and a avacodo slices( you can use ham and cheese whatever you like!) rolled up and cut into one inch slices, Use any flavor tortilla you like...garlic and herb is my fav. green onion is good too. They also have whole wheat.....a great high protein(depending on filling), low carb dish to bring to any party!

I have not had a problem with cream cheese so far. You can even use peanut butter and bananna

Have any of you had a wrap from Subway? You can ask for a whole wheat wrap for any of their sandwiches. I got the carne asada one with the whole wheat and I was in heaven. Another time I got the turkey wrap and it lasted me for a few meals. Again, I have to be very selective with different meats and be careful of sodium because my body doesn't handle salt well.
This is making me hungry. LOL
