I got a sample at a support meeting but have no idea where to get it. Yes, I snuck in late but still made it by the sample table, who wouldn't.

I was great I put it in my tea and I couldn't realy tell it was there.

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

It isn't bad in flavored liquids but don't add it to just water YUCK it smells like spoiled milk. I also have added it to my oatmeal and my protein drinks and it isn't too bad. I got mine from walgreens.com I do recommend seeing if someone will let you try it first before you buy it but I think walgreens will allow returns I'm not sure though. Tina
