Default Swallowing vitamins whole

OK, so I am 2 months out now. At 6 weeks I guess I was allowed to stop the chewable vitamins and start swallowing a small multi-vitamin twice per day. My doctor recommended Walgreens or CVS store brand, since they are small. Well I tried to find the Walgreens one that he is talking about and I think I did. I am just so scared to take it. On the bottle it says "clinically proven to fully dissolve in 60 minutes". Do you think that is too long? I have my appt. with my doc on Wed. for my follow-up and I will ask him but I just wanted to get the forum's opinion, you guys seem to know more anyhow!!

What kinds of vitamins do you guys take? I don't mean the chewable ones, I mean the regular ones you swallow whole.
Thanks everyone!!!!

In maintenance... now I'm yo-yoing up and down 10 lbs or so. I'm trying to find out how to stay at a set weight, it's rough.

Why don't you try a liquid vitamin instead? They absorb much more quickly and are easier to take. A few drops in your water. They also have one at Henry's that is actually a spray. Six short sprays right on the tongue. Just remember to read your labels, and make sure there is no sugar or any form of "ose" in the first 5 ingredients.

I buy whatever's on sale. If it's too big, you can always break them in half.

If you don't believe the pill will desolve in 60 minutes. Put it into a glass of warm water with some lemon juice in it a see what happens.

Or you could just try taking it. I take lots of big pills and have never had a problem. Nothing has ever gotten stuck.
