The nasty pain pill detox put me in a stall cause I wasn't getting in any food from feeling so nausiated.

Since I started eating the pork rinds the other day I've dropped 3 lbs. Go pork rinds!

Walmart has pork rinds - you'll find them with the jerky, chips etc.

I'll have to get some these to snack on. I miss crunchy stuff! And if I can drop 3 lbs - well that would be a bonus!

They have no carbs. They are a little fatty but we still need some fat in our diets. Overall I would say they are not bad as long as you are not eating bags of them everyday.

Fresh ones are really good, the bagged ones are just ok.

i bought a bag today at the grocery store... Goya brand in the mexican aisle. 80 calories, 9 grams of protein per serving, and no carbs.

they tasted totally bland, but I bet they'd be great with some salsa if I was just looking for a small snack.
